Trademark Renewal

A Trademark Renewal is the process of extending the legal protection of your registered trademark beyond its original validity period.

In India, a registered trademark is valid for 10 years from the date of registration. To keep your rights active and protected, you must renew the trademark every 10 years by paying the prescribed renewal fees and filing the required forms.

If a trademark is not renewed on time, it can be removed from the Trademark Register, putting your brand identity at risk and allowing others to misuse it.

Timely renewal ensures that your exclusive rights continue uninterrupted, protecting your brand name, logo, or slogan for as long as you keep renewing it.
